We currently accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage AARP/Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and PEHP as in-network.
For other insurance companies, uninsured, or high-deductible plans, visits are $200.*
